      What You'll Do<5c pan=""><5c trong=""><5c>\n

      • Support and oversee accounting operations across multiple dealership locations<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Train, coach, and develop office managers and accounting personnel<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance development<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Improve month-end close processes, reporting accuracy, and financial controls<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Review financial statements, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Partner with dealership leadership, Regional Vice Presidents, Human Resources, and the CFO<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Drive accountability, consistency, and operational excellence throughout the organization<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
      • Assist with tax, licensing, compliance, and other accounting-related matters<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n

        What We're Looking For<5c pan=""><5c trong=""><5c>\n

        • Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
        • Previous Controller, Accounting Manager, Office Manager, or senior accounting leadership experience preferred<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
        • Automotive industry accounting experience strongly preferred<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
        • Strong knowledge of financial statements, reconciliations, internal controls, and month-end close processes<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
        • Experience training, mentoring, and managing accounting teams<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
        • CPA preferred but not required<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
        • Dealership DMS experience helpful but not required<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n
        • Willingness to travel regularly to dealership locations throughout Delaware and Maryland<5c pan=""><5c i="">\n<5c l="">\n
